Our KITE programme is aimed at young engineers with degrees in mechanical engineering, aeronautics, shipbuilding, construction or industrial engineering with a focus on technical subjects.

After several months of preparation in your home country, you will take part in two foreign missions of six months each in your local KAEFER region. You will also receive four weeks of training in the Corporate Technology and Research department at group headquarters in Bremen.

The KITE programme not only allows you to gather international experience, but also gives you an insight into the processes and structures of the international KAEFER world. You will extend your social and intercultural skills, thereby making you more valuable to KAEFER. Successful and committed trainees are offered interesting positions in a project management environment in order to prepare them for future project leadership tasks.
